Putting On Nail Polish

New proposals by Giulia Raggi

"Have a look here and there among the various documents and leaflets, having had the opportunity to read and enjoy the last posts on this blog from my mates and took a course of study that allows me to have a fairly open mind, due to the fact that much importance is given to the humanities, have I found a possible council, or at least an idea, a draft. Here are my thoughts, hoping not to be too trivial
I was able to find that one of the great pillars on which the knowledge society should be based is that of communication. Communication, we are taught this in the early days of our childhood, occurs through a channel, the box. So, how to talk to Europe? How can arrive at an efficient interaction of the individual?
Guys, I am convinced that, somehow, within the formation of a young (and this certainly also affect the level of education of each, leading to an increase in the level) should be added to the study of foreign languages, at least two (excluding your mother tongue). I know that learning two foreign languages \u200b\u200bhas already been entered for years at school, but I think we should do it that they were dealt with more serious themes, debates were organized in language and encourage, through a program of school, communication between young people, via e-mail or paper, since they are the basis of the future. Do not limit yourself to the most basic knowledge of grammatical structures, but to be able to develop and express arguing, their opinion. Without doubt, the English would gain more importance in the sense that is often overlooked by students and judged on how "tricky". Some people are more inclined and less, but if you began teaching in early childhood and studied for a significant number of hours, in addition, the transmission of foreign languages, or teaching, should be carried out by native speakers . What I mean is: why not try to get serious about a common language, spoken and understood by all (a bit 'as he had tried to do in the seventies with Esperanto, but failed).
Another aspect that I would like to dwell is that of knowledge.
We are trying to work towards the creation of a European knowledge society, therefore, first of all, you should just learn this. Knowing not only concepts or theories, but knowing the "other". How can we expect to collaborate with other European citizens if they do not know? So I strongly believe that in the future education of young people at European level, things should be done about the plans for extending cultural nations outside the European Union, because in fact we are a large community, but lack the relationships and This knowledge often generates non-prejudice, xenophobia or racism. For cultural expansion I mean cultural study, but also geographical and historical, for example, countries such as France, Germany, Spain and all the others. However
however, to build on this, it would be good there was a return, by all, the so-called values: respect first of all.
Unless we learn to respect us, we could learn and apply all the concepts we want, but you will never have a proper spirit of cooperation, which can arise due to the European knowledge society.
very latest thing, which is more of a challenge: Do not think that the European Parliament is legislating and a little too proactive? (This is a question I sort, but on which I still think about it! But I think that might be a possible draft.)
Hoping not to have bored you and hoping you got some ideas ...
Giulia
