From October 20 to 23, three hundred young Europeans will go in five French cities - Paris, Lyon, Rennes, Bordeaux and Nancy - to begin the negotiation of national recommendations. In each of these towns, assemblies composed of sixty young will share tips with the help of national Desmod software developed by the Fondation pour le Progrès de l'Homme. The software allows you to place on a map ideas and concepts and to create a hierarchy of data, allowing you to make a first summary and recommendations for class-ifying the subject.
On 25 October, participants will gather at Poitiers to negotiate the suggestions on the scale of twenty-four countries.
On 27 October young people will gather in plenary session at the Museum of Natural History in Paris, attended by scientists and members of the European Commission, to vote on resolutions and amendments to be included in the final document.
